Dr. Garrick Gar Tong, MD

Horrible doctor. Dr. Tong has absolutely no business treating people with any kind of mental illness, or treating people at all for that matter. I was just left hanging at an extremely difficult time in my life, and was made to feel guilty or like I had wronged or harmed him somehow! Go figure. Dr. Tong acts like he has some sort of Napoleon complex. He's very contradictory and will say one thing, then do another. The second you want to do or try something different (medication etc.) from what he thinks, he just drops you like a bad habit and tries to refer you to some "higher level of care" instead of trying to work with you. How effed up is that?! His patient turnover rate must be insane with all the patients he leaves in the dust. Don't waste a second with this dude. Avoid him like the plague. Absolutely do not recommend Dr. Tong.

Very competent and caring. Not that weird kinda shrink that seems like they need psychiatric care more than you do. Very likable and has a sense of humor, too.
