Dr. Garth Jason Garramone, DO

Dr Garramone performed both, my first colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures. He had wonderful bedside manners and takes the time and effort to get to know you. I felt like he really listens to my concerns and thanks to him my symptoms have resolved. He took the time to go over my results and explain what they meant. I’m very glad we have a doctor like him in the area. Superior in all areas!!!

I had the pleasure meeting Dr. Garramone today for a pre-procedure. I was ecstatic that I was able to meet my Dr prior to my procedure- unlike my previous procedure. He is a caring, experienced Dr that I am happy to have perform my procedure. I will let you know how it turns out. As a health professional, I know how important it is to “bond” with your patients and I am giving him a 5 ??.

I was diagnosed with CD at 34 and sought multiple opinions, some from Nationally-recognized providers. I felt that all of them proposed far too aggressive treatment plans. Dr. Garramone was my savior. He is unique in that he has a comprehensive understanding of the literature, but understands the practical needs of the patient. He treated me based on my overall clinical health and not based solely on a scan. His much more conservative treatment plan has led to more than three years of remission. Dr. Garramone is a competent physician who is compassionate, but candid with his patients.

Dr. Garramone is by far the best GI doctor the mohawk valley has seen in decades ..... someone who cares about his patients more than his reputation ..... that's rare.

I have been seeing Dr.Garromone for over 10years he is by far the most competent physician I have ever had! He treats you like a person doesn’t make you feel like you’re inconveniencing him and will go above and beyond to do what he can to help you and if he cant help you his self he will find someone that can! He’s called me personally to just ask how I’m feeling... he’s amazing and a true asset to this community ??

I have been a patient of Dr. Garramone’s for the past 10 years. Never have I seen such genuine caring and kindness he shows to his patients. His bed side manner is amazing. He treats you like family not like cattle or a number. He takes his time to answer all of your questions and puts you at ease. Even if the issue isn’t related to your visit he will instruct you to the best facility/phycian for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone with digestive issues.

Dr. Garth Garramone has got to be one of the most professional doctors in the area. He actually takes his time and listens to what your saying and I never feel rushed when in his presence. You can tell he cares about what he does and his patients. Highly recommended for any that would need a procedure in the future.
