Dr. Gary Marc Bertman, MD

Dr. Bertman is an excellent diagnostician and takes the time to explain what is going on with your body. I have recommended Dr. Bertman to many people.

I have used Dr. Bertman since 1987 when I retired from the Navy. If you want a really great and caring physician, he's your man. His diagnostic skills are better than anyone I have ever used. My wife and I trust him totally for all our physician needs.

There really are Great old fashioned Doctors out there. More than just a medical professional but a true healer and caring person. Hope he gets to Teach at a medical school so young doctors learn what it means to be a compassionate healer.

When I see the Doc, he knows my body without looking at the folder. Knows what I need or may not need and is truly a great friend. He was my first doctor and he will be the last. His true professionalism you cannot imitate its what is inside that makes him stand out from the rest.

I was introduced to Dr. Bertman by a friend who had her entire staff treated by him. Needles to say I am Indebted fore a lifetime. When I started in his care I had Gout but over the time developed a few other problems and he always was right on the money with his diagnoses. Dr. Bertmans attitude for his Patients is also on president, he not just listen to you he also can get irritated if you dont fallow his advises. He do takes his time and explain to you what could happen if you dont take the med. he is prescripts you.

Dr. Bertman is an outstanding physician and an outstanding person. He represents what a physician should be. He is a better diagnostician than the majority of "specialists." He is also a compassionate, and caring individual. He displays respect for his patients, questions are answered, in depth, in a way that is through and easy to comprehend. Above all, he listens, and never hurries a person, or talks down to anyone. I was fortunate to be under his care for almost 20 years, until I retired and relocated out of state. At this time, he is so popular and in demand, that he doesn't take many new patients, which is a loss to the community. In my opinion, he should be the criteria that medical students should given, as their measure of success.

Called to make an appointment for a routine FAA Physical. Doc Bertman personally made the effort to speak with me on the phone never having met me. Doc spent ample time during phone call and visit to answer any questions i had. Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable staff/Doc. Hometown atmosphere.
