I have minor and serious GI bleeds for years. Dr. Guzzardo has been the best! He is always calm and takes as much time as he needs to solve your problem. His manner is extremely calm and reassuring, and right on the button! Dr. Guzzardo has performed several endoscopic and colonoscopic procedures on me with no ill effects and positive outcomes. I am extremely comfortable with his expertise and personality. Carl Heineck

Dr Guzzardo is a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend him. He is very kind and patient which is hard to find these days in a physician.

Last week, I made a courtesy call to Dr Guzzardo's office regarding a 20 page fax that was sent to my home in error that was intended for a doctor's office and not my residence. Dr Guzzardo's front desk management was extremely rude to me and said that I did not receive any fax from their office. When I called a second time after receiving another 5 pages, the front desk did not answer my call and repeatedly hung on me. (I suspect that they had caller ID and could see that I was making the call.) I finally called the doctor's office that the fax was intended to go to and they were apologetic and said that they would call Dr G's office and remedy the situation. I certainly did not need to call Dr G's office regarding this error and was surprised at the front desk handling of the situation. Their attitude was inappropriate and unnecessary. I have no knowledge of this Doctor -- I'm sure that he is wonderful -- however, I do question the "bedside manner" of the front desk staff.

During a procedure he forgot one item which was discussed in office and twice was reminded at hospital. Now I have to go again (another doctor) to complete.
