Dr. Gary Robert Cohen

Avoid if possible

Dr. Cohen has horrible bedside manner. All four times I've gone to him (sent by obgyn) he was not friendly at all and rude. He shouldn't be in this profession. Staff was friendly at the front desk and the office was clean. Thank God I wont have to go back to him ever again.

Dr Cohen is fantastic. He is very interested in helping the patient and goes way above and beyond what is normally encountered in the industry. He is very honest and forward when talking to you, so he may come across as abrupt, but he truly listens and is truly concerned. If you want a doctor to take care of you properly I highly recommend Dr. Cohen.

Debbie the ultrasound tech is awful. She is cold and completely ruins any excitement of the visit. Very disappointing and really ruined our time that we were so excited for.

It is very unfortunate that people write these reviews without careful consideration of how these impact the doctors business. Stating â??Worst Dr. everâ?? is pretty extreme. Doctors are to provide medical care not be your best friend. With that said, I read these reviews prior to my visit and wasnâ??t sure what I was going to get with Dr. Cohen. When I had my visit he was very personable, extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit and his demeanor. I was there for the health of my baby and I feel that he provided excellent care and I could tell he was dedicated to his field. I felt compelled to write a review to express a positive experience. The staff was great and the medical office was..a medical office. It is not meant to be a spa. Thank you, Dr Cohen.

This office was nice and clean and front desk was great, However the Doctor manner was rude and he was not not even looked at my case file when I went to see him. He suggested test that were not needed and were not even covered by my insurance, and one test is banned in my home country.. I went to see him on suggestion from my obgyn because I had just spent 6 hours in the ER 2 days before, and I thought I was being sent to him to ensure the baby was safe, not for test while not illegal in the US are unethical at best. Got charge $168 for nothing, when my copay for seeing a doctor is $60.

DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I seen him one time & I will NEVER go back! He is very rude and has no compassion. He did a ultrasound for me i told him my doctor told me I would be to early to see anything yet he still did it. He saw a sac with nothing in it and repeatedly told me I was 7 weeks and I didn't have a viable pregnant that it was blighted ovum. I left sad and upset because he was so mean about everything! I called my doctor and she reassured me not to listen to him that I couldn't be 7 weeks. I went for another ultrasound some where else a week later & there was a baby with a heart beat! Remember this is someone your suppose to trust with your life & your baby's life. If not my doctor didn't reassure me and just listened to him they would of done a D&C and I wouldn't of basically had a abortion because i was truly still pregnant. This doctor has no bedside manor and no compassion for his patients! I am currently 6 weeks 1 day with a baby and a heart beat

I would never trust my life or my child's life to anyone else!!!!

We were sent to see Dr. Cohen for a second level ultrasound, but were thoroughly disappointed with the bedside manner of both his ultrasound tech and the doctor. The ultrasound tech was incredibly cold. She was abrupt, short with us, showed no signs of kindness and made our ultrasound experience very unpleasant. We tried to ask her questions and talk with her, but she wouldn't respond or would give us short answers. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. The doctor was also cold upon entering the room. We finally engaged him in conversation and it was a little better, but still, our experience with him and his tech, were disappointed. However, his front office staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will not see this doctor again. I didn't even think their facilities were that nice.

He saved my baby's life and I owe him everything. He is the best doctor in the word.
