Dr. Ponte knows his stuff! Very smart and great bedside manners. Thank you

Appts. Run smooth but if you need to call and get info or a script plan on waiting some time. Needed a script and had to call several times. Weeks went by and I was out of meds. Finally received script and it wasn't dated. Had to wait another two weeks. Wasn't happy about this. Am considering changing doctors.

I was referred to Dr. Ponte and I am so happy to be working with such an intelligent Dr. to figure out what is going on with me. He takes his time, explains things very well and is very curious. I would highly recommended.

I previously had Dr Solito who told me to try voo doo. Refused to see me during my pregnancy even though I was gestational. She told me i needed to take injections I were told were unsafe. Dr Ponte moved into the office and I was told I could switch, he wouldn't even see me cause of her notes. Having a bad reaction to meds doesn't make me non compliant.

I saw Dr. Ponte, and spoke to him for less than a minute!! He sat down for a few seconds, got up and viewed a test, came back and stood in the door way and wished me a happy holiday and promptly left. Did not have an opportunity to ask questions, and his behavior was bizarre compared to other times I had seen him.

He takes time to listen and discuss your health care with you. Highly recommend.

As a research scientist this is a very knowledgeable physician and very compassionate. Is the best endocrinologist that has ever treat me. After many years suffering diabetes he did not only treat me but cured my diabetes!

I have been to many diabetic professionals throughout the country and at many hospitals and have never met a better, smarter,kinder doctor! He has turned our lives around for the better by teaching us how to truly care for ourselves and properly treat and manage our diabetic needs.

He's the best endo that I've been to as an adult (the one I saw before him was terrible), but I don't like him as much as I liked my old pediatric endo. His appointments are short, but I like that for a simple management appointment. I can see it being frustrating if you're newly diagnosed with something and still only get fifteen minutes to go over it all. I had to wait around 3 months for my first appointment, but was accepted as a patient easily. He always asks me at least twice if I have any questions. Sometimes he doesn't seem to listen when I say I'm not interested in a new medication or something and he will push it on me anyway, but so far that's been manageable. He is friendly, so no complaints about bedside manner for me. I would recommend him over some other local endos, but I'm not sure if there's anyone around who might be better than him as far as those things go. I would recommend him.
