Dr. Gemma Kim, MD

Manager is no where to be found. Left her 3 messages. No return call. Staff are rude. Physicians ignore your symptoms. Ended up in the ER. They said it was nothing, well nothing had me admitted for a week. Go to this clinic at your own peril.

The office is brand new and clean. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Kim is not as exemplary. If you call for results, it takes WEEKS. The staff send message after message and get no response. Yet when you tell her about your difficulties, she states it is a management issue. I have spoken to management. Nick and Lillian always call back promptly. Ask for a refill, forget it! No response again. Three or four visits to the urgent care and still nothing from the provider! I have spoken to management. Lillian and Tamara have always called back, but they cannot refill a prescription. I am very disappointed and hope they are teaching their students to practice better medicine than they do personally.
