Dr. Novak came out to the waiting room and screamed at my one year-old to “be quiet!“ Because she was babbling.

I don't know where all the negative comments are coming from when I go to see Dr Novak I'm in and out of there within 30 minutes he's very considerate he listens you know what you doing I was so so satisfied he took very well care of me I recommend him to everyone if you have a attitude going in you're going to get treated like that all you got to do is be nice

I walked out after hearing him yell and scream the f word at his staff and having a melt down.....very scary that he is allowed to be a doctor. Unfortunate he treats people that are poor and need help. I told his staff that they did not need to take his abuse. He deserves a star for staying in business this long.

I can't believe how incredibly rude they are to overbook and make patients wait almost 2 hours to even be called to a room. The receptionist said the average wait time is an hour and forty-five minutes, if not more. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAl, NO REGARD OR RESPECT FOR YOUR CLIENTS! Second and last time EVER to visit this subservice, incompetent, free clinic of a feeling practice.

Has anyone heard of this doctor doing plastic surgery? I took my 3yr old there and was extremely rough with her and his only solution was to hold her down. Never again!

It was flu season and I had been struggling with bad body aches and flash fevers so I went to see Dr Novak. He didn't do any tests other then check my temp. Than he said war ever was wrong with me was obviously weight related or had to do with the on going depression from the loss of my daughter 2 years earlier. He then prescribed me a narcotic mood enhancher and got rude when I started crying in his office feeling insulted and ill. That night I went to the emergency room with a respiratory infection and bad dehydration. He never even tried to help just made everything worse... I will never go back.

Horrible service from everyone in this urgent care. Will be reporting to the Medical Board. When I was there he stormed out of a patient room and was cussing out a storm about a patient who is already suing him for negligence. I'm diabetic and he is neglecting the severity of my health including staff. Changing doctors and I hope they shut down this place.

Dr Novak has all bad reviews, and unfortunately are true, but he is a very good Dr. He knows what he is doing. His bedside mannor may not be good, but he reminds me of the TV show HOUSE. He is also rude, but at the end he gets the job done.

do not go to Novak at all!!! He's rude to patients, to the staff, and everyone! Never greets you, does not read your reports, yells at people,does not listen to you, etc...
