Dr. Gena Loraine Napier, MD

None of the workers including Dr. Gena Napier and Dr. Coby care about their patients. They deprived me from getting my medication on 4.4.19 and the staff blamed me for being very upset as I had every right to. I spoke with a Taryn, Mehgan, Tashonda and Rachelle to no avail. They refused to simply call my medication into the new pharmacy. Thats ALL they had to do. I hate all of them for putting me through this distress.

I’ve been going to Dr. Napier for several years and I’ve noticed that if it’s not something simple or obvious she doesn’t like to investigate. She’ll often say “I don’t know” and leave it there. Sometimes, you have to request that things be checked and she’ll ask why even though you just listed a slew of symptoms that would qualify further investigation or more of a conversation. She treats people like they naturally don’t take care of themselves so her recommendations are very generic in nature-recommendations that a generally healthy person would be doing anyway and would not need to consult a doctor for. Her bedside manner is hit or miss and depending on how you are feeling could be perceived as cold and uncaring. However, her behavior is perfectly acceptable if you’re getting a flu shot or there for a regular checkup. I’ve also noticed that she’s not keen on giving referrals to specialists which is what you should do if you don’t want to think critically!

Have never had a bad experience with Dr. Napier. If you are looking for a dr. that hands out pills like candy, she is not the dr. for you.

I think Dr. Napier is a very friendly, courteous, and caring physician. She has always answered my questions truthfully and accurately. She is very studious in her efforts and prompts of encouraging one to just become a healthier human. She does not display a superior attitude and displays genuine concern for my overall well-being.

If I could give her an half star I would, This lady has no type of bedside manners. It's like a blank stare, and talking to the wall. Unbelievable!
