Long wait times are not atypical, but this office generates an appalling inability to serve its clients. Avoid this office.

Dr. Kostener is a legend in his own mind. I found him to be boastful and obnoxius.

Dr. Kostiner saved my life in 2005. I had sever back pain and no insurance. He gave me a free consultation and admitted me immediately to the hospital. My left kidney had died and I was septic. He was compassionate, caring, checked on me often and was all around amazing. To this day I think of him and thank him every time I wake up to another day!! Thanks Doc!!

Dr. Kostiner recommended Neuromodulation Stimulation for me to correct urinary frequency and urgency. I had taken medicine for a long time that really didn't help much anymore and also had had surgery by another urologist. The results of this treatment have been marvelous! I now can sit through a whole movie and on a recent trip to Europe I didn't have to be the first person off the bus to the bathroom! I often didn't need to use the bathroom when other people did. The Neuromodulation is very simple. A nurse inserts a acupuncture needle in your ankle and attaches a tiny wire to it attached to a small battery operated device. You sit there for a half hour feeling little pulses in your foot. It affects the nerve leading to your bladder and "trains" your bladder to no longer be overactive. It does require 12 visits once a week which take a half hour. Then you go back once a month. The whole thing is quite remarkable and sure has changed my life! Thanks Dr. Kostiner

Please beware of this doctor. I had kidney cancer in 2007. My kidney was removed because of a 10.8 cc tumor in my kidney. Because I had no insurance I was put in day surgery. He send me home the next day as sick as I was. Now I have a hernia the size of a large basketball on my side. I am disabled now because I could never go back to work again. The hernia cannot be fixed and I am in constant pain everyday of my life, I went to him when the hernia came up and he said it was just swelling..I wish I had sued him but I just didn't believe in suing anyone.I lost my house and my business and ended up almost homeless because of him.

Dr Kostiner always takes the time to listen to me.Dr Kostiner removed my kidney due to cancer.The operation was a breeze!I can't thank him enough.

Dr. Kostiner is extremely personable and easy to talk to about personal issues.He appears to be very knowledgeable, but, at the same time doesn't make you feel dumb.I would recommend hiscare to any of my friends and family, male or female.
