He gives you about 10 minutes and only write scripts. Charges insurance 30 minutes. Says same thing. Couldn't care less.

I applied for disability for very good reason & this lying ignorant person put nothing but lies about me saying I ate excessively & gained 70lbs. I nvr said that & I fact I said my THYROID CAUSED IT. I seen this liar for 3 months. How can u really know me after 3 months? You can’t. He had problem with other medications I’d been on for 11 years from my Neurologist. If you are truly ill & need help. I would not recommend this TERRIBLE PERSON!!!!

This man is not very good at listening and giving the proper patient care. I would go as far to say that he is a communist, because he gives his political opinions on what may relate to the persons problem. He loves to stick a high price tag on everything in his bills!

I have been seeing Dr. Dowell for over 3 years. He’s very understanding and patient which is why I continue to stay with him.

I have been seeing Dr. Dowell for over 15 years now. His best attribute is listening to the patient. He is quite conservative in his treatment, but that is another attribute which has helped me due to my inquisitive and self-medicating nature.

I would like to comend Dr. Dowell and his entire staff from the Secretary on. They have extended nothing but awesome customer service and care toward myself and my husband. I couldn't ask for a better Dr.and staff to choose for our care.
