He seemed to dismiss everything I told him and told me I probably didn’t have a UTI when I knew I did because, like I told him, I’ve been getting them for over 10 years. Of course the results came back that I did have a UTI like I already knew. On top of that, he collected the urine sample by inserting a catheter, which was the worst experience ever. My urethra is already inflamed and hurting from the UTI and his response is to stick a catheter in it because I apparently don’t know my own body. He seemed so condescending when I spoke with him as well. Just because I look young doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m talking about. I have a bachelors degree in biology from a well known university. I understand some people don’t know and are hypochondriacs, but I know better than anyone when something isn’t right and it seems like that should be taken seriously.

My heart broke when I moved from Chapin. Dr Watt is the best practitioner that I have ever had the pleasure of being in charge of my care. He was accurate, prompt, courteous and understanding. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to everyone who is in search of an excellent doctor.
