I've seen Dr. Wu for several years, though never written a review. She has helped me tremendously over a time of great ordeals. Her intellect and compassion work together beautifully. I highly recommend her.

I have treated with Dr. Wu for quite a while now. She is the best of doctors. She is compassionate, truly cares about her patients, and excellent decision making for prescribing the correct medications.

She tries be to be nice, but every time I visit her she had to stare at her computer to remember my name and my issues. I've been with her for over a year and she still has to be reminded why I am taking my medications, like... Shouldn't you know that?? Honestly, I wouldn't give her a much higher rating of it wasn't for her horrible 2 secretaries. They are both SO judgmental, and they never answer phone calls it respond to messages unless you get them in the "right mood." I feel stuck with get because I'm still not mentally stable and I'm young and don't know where else to go. Do yourself a favor and find somebody who cares about more than your money and doesn't need a computer to remember your name.

I’ve seen Dr. Wu for over 16 years I have a h/o of anxiety, major depression, insomnia, ADD, PTSD, h/o sexual assault. Well recently had what I thought was a regular appt. with Dr. Wu until she told me I was on too many medications and they would have to decreased. However, she put me on all these meds 16 years ago. At that point I didn’t know what I had done wrong. I took the medication as directed. I have a long h/o kidney stones but that surgery, stents and medication had been finished for months. I was completely confused. I get steroid injections in my upper arm. But the only narcotics I’m on is something for anxiety and insomnia. At this point I felt I was being treated like a criminal. I didn’t put myself on these meds. I was hysterically crying( having a panic attack) I felt like they couldn’t get me out of the office fast enough. Frankly, I felt like I needed to be admitted and sedated for mental health. I was that distraught. 1. I used to work for a Physician. If… this would have happened in our office the patient would have been called the next day to see how they were feeling. 2. There would be proper follow up. For instance, the Doctor would like to see patient back in three weeks to see how your doing (to show there not being negligent). I was told the Doctor wanted to see me in three months. This tells me the Physician could care less about my mental health. 3. This type of behavior from a Physician’s office saddens me a great deal. Where is the EMPATHY and COMPASSION. It makes me feel like medicine once again is all about money and not about patient care. By the time I left that office I felt like I had whip- lash. And I didn’t do anything wrong.

Great doctor! First visit spend well over an hour before offering an opinion of my diagnosis. Offered a lot of advice and opinions that were all very relevant to my situation! Offered appropriate medication that begin to help within a week! Reccommend highly!

Dr. Wu herself was very interested in my progress. I saw her for medication checks and a therapist for therapy. My first therapist was great. She quit and the next one, although very nice, was not helpful. Dr. Wu was not responsive to my desire for a different therapist so I left her practice.

Dr. Wu is a wonderful Dr. She always spent extra time with me, asking how my prescriptions were working for me and how things were going for me. Always was interested in how my life was going...family, job etc. I have never had a Physchiatrist spend so much time with me and actually care. She makes notes in here computer of everything we spoke about, which I like. She heard what I was saying and made note of it. I only left the practice because she went to private pay. She was great.

No sense of compassion or warmth, hyper, stares at her computer all session. Does not return phone calls and unconcerned if you have side effects. She was the worst MD I have seen in any specialty.

Cold, uncaring, no empathy, no flexibility, rigid and 15 mins cost $100 she does not take insurance! Always end up crying after sessions due to rude remarks!
