Please do yourself and your family a favor by not going to this mans office. He has a hard time keeping any others physicians on board at his office. The staff knows that he has a very short temper and anger problem. He is condescending to his staff and his patients. He is always late for appointments or he just makes you wait and never actually shows up. Many appointments have been canceled by him last minute and the staff always calls with an excuse. Then they try to charge me for missed appointments and i have to replay their own voicemails to prove that it was them who canceled. They are a big mess there and he is not deserving of a staff or any new patients. Run far away!

Dr. Teixeira is one of the best PCP's I have ever seen. No wonder his excellent practice has expanded over the years! I have been a patient for many, many years, and over those years Dr. Teixeira has also dedicated himself to my chronic health issue. He has added two Nurse Practitioners to his practice. If he is not certain what maybe the cause of a patients health issue (not very often) he will not hesitate to refer the patient to a specialist. When his office upgraded to a new electronic medical records system (EMR), the office staff handled the transition much better than most patients! Putting your confidence in Massasoit Internal Medicine is the best decision you can make for your health.
