Giorgio J. Rotoli, D.O., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who specializes in the surgical and radiosurgical treatment of brain and spine tumors.

Dr. Rotoli also treats the full spectrum of adult neurosurgical conditions, including degenerative diseases of the spine, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, cranial and spinal trauma, hydrocephalus, and peripheral nerve disorders. He is also certified in both Cyber Knife and Gamma Knife therapy for the treatment of neurologic malignancies.

He is dedicated to advancing neurosurgical knowledge among his colleagues and physicians, teaching neurosurgical residents and medical students, publishing multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals and presenting his work at the American Association of Neurosurgeons annual meeting. Dr. Rotoli is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the Walter Dandy Society.

My wife had hydrocephalus. Dr Ritoli is knowledgeable and accurate, and by installing the shunt he has given my wife 2 years of her life back. That is, her emotions, concentration, and many other things have greatly improved. Most importantly her balance has returned. I am sure that with continued improvement she will get back to her "old" self, thanks to Dr. Ritoli.

Dr. Rotoli was my mom's neurosurgeon during a serious emergency this fall. His skill, honesty, and compassion were invaluable to us during a scary period. Mom is back to her old self now, living independently at home and doing incredibly well. Out gratitude goes to Dr. Rotoli for helping her through.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rotoli for my emergency surgery for a large (and thankfully benign) brain tumor. This all happened during the current Covid19 situation in the hospital and he not only focused on the surgical care of the tumor, but also was very sensitive to making sure that I didn't stay in the hospital longer than necessary so that I could avoid risk of Covid19 contamination. He checked in with me the next day while I was in recovery, and also when I went home and had questions. I am very thankful that Dr. Rotoli was my doctor and would recommend him FULLY.

Dr. Rotoli and his staff really went above and beyond on the treatment of my mother. A very complicated brain surgery that he made look simple and ordinary. She was out of the hospital on her own 4 days later and with hardly any side effects. I totally recommend his care and practice. I really hope that I don't need his services again, but if do, I will go to him without a doubt or question. Thank you for your service.

Dr. Rotoli and staff are amazing people. They took care of me and made me feel comfortable before and after my surgery. I would recommend to anyone to go there.
