No bedside manner. Sketchy billing practices. All about the money. Unprofessional environment.

Dr. Munavalli is excellent with procedural applications and techniques. I have had the experience of different skin treatments. Plus, I have been treated with care by him and his medical support team with before treatment expectations, outcomes and after treatment care. He holds his staff to the utmost patient care and procedural correctness. ( I can compare the Levulan Blue light application procedure on my face with another dermatology group in Charlotte. Exemplary application, care during the blue light and afterwards by Dr. Munavalli’s nurse and PA. And the results, one time visit, were as hoped and expected, AK’s destroyed! One thorough procedure, not 3-4 visits as the other dermatologist. Not only did I receive the best, I didn’t have to pay for additional visits. )

more than a year later, legs still are not fixed and thousands charged to insurance and my out of pocket, and still receiving request for more payment. very poor results, billing, and treatment of patients

Horrible experience on three separate visits. Got a staff infection after the first visit. I had blue light on the second visit but the technician did not apply properly so no reaction to light. The third visit was supposed to have needling procedure done before blue light. The assistant began procedure with no cleaning the make up off my face and performed a procedure that I'd arranged to have done with Munavalli. It took 1/2 hour for Dr. Munavalli to come when I requested a minute to talk to him. The focus is not diagnosing and treating skin cancer!
