Dr. David John Nowicky, MD

Dr. Nowicky was very abrupt, dismissive of my concerns, and arrogant. I didn’t care for the way he spoke to his staff either. He also failed to read my medical history and nearly wrote me the wrong prescription. He told me the issue I had was in my head and called me “honey”. Just an all around gross experience. His behavior was also very strange, beyond just bad bedside manner. I can’t describe it with anymore clarity than that. It occurred to me perhaps he was under the influence of a mind altering substance, but I obviously cannot know that with certainty. I did not feel safe in his office and I will not be returning.

I won't go back to this guy! He gave me 2nd degree burns with liquid nitrogen. I've had many treatments in the past for superficial freckling and his was the worst. Very aggressive and acts weird. I didn't appreciate his two assistants gawking at me either while he body checked me with his magnifying glass. Totally weird! I just moved to NC and haven't found good Drs.

Worst surgeon ever! Arrogant, superior attitude. He botched my surgery. Talked down to me. Refused to repair his botched job because we didn’t “get along “. People in his office would not help me. I still have pain. Stay far far away from this person.

Dr. Nowicky I s straight forward and a very good doctor. He did a wonderful job on my face and nose.

I lucked out when I chose Dr. Nowicky for plastic surgery. He was very realistic in preparing me for surgery. My husband describes my mastoplexy/small implant results as spectacular. The physical improvement is empowering. I love the way my body looks. Due to multiple follow-up visits and his warm "care-giver" personality, I could not imagine using a different doctor for related services. A Five star doctor!

Dr. Nowicky is an excellent Doctor. I am heartbroken that he is leaving this practice.

Dr. Nowicky is an expert in his field. He can be trusted to make the best decision for his patients. During my visits, he never rushed me, always took the time to answer my questions, and laid out a clear path for my recovery. He is an exceptional surgeon, and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Nowicky made me feel very at ease when I was told I needed to have a Mastectomy due to breast cancer. We are in the middle of Breast Reconstruction right now and I couldn't ask for a better or more caring doctor to see me through it.
