I became her patient a few months ago and have received poor service from her office. My first and only visit with her was okay. She was pleasant, but subdued. She ordered my tests, but never uploaded any information, nor did she return my phone calls for my results. Finally, after leaving several messages, her nurse called back. They rescheduled my appointments twice, all within two months. What really had me done with her was when she prescribed me 325 mg of Acetaminophen for my condition! That is less than OCT medicine. Needless to say, I got my records transferred to another doctor.

I like to let people make their own opinions about their experience but mine was not that good. I went to ob care during my pregnancy and only seen her once which was when it got closer to my due date this just may be ob cares procedure this wasn't what bothered me too much! I got in a wreck at 37 weeks pregnant and totaled my car, I was brought to the hospital and went into labor the next morning. I seen Dr. McKinney only maybe 30 mins before I had my baby, she left the room and the nurses practically delivered she came in right as as the head was crowing, I felt the way she spoke to me was rude and very unsympathetic. I had bruises and was swore everywhere from my wreck and had fractured ribs and she made me feel as if I was crazy for feeling pain cause, "I shouldn't feel much I had an epidoral." She was also not too polite to my family members and made them feel very uncomfortable as I was delivering so I knew it wasn't just me feeling these vibes! I stayed in the hospital for a… week bc they wanted to monitor me for my wreck and the only two times I seen her was delivery and the next morning. I'm not sure if she was just having an off day but I wouldn't chose for her to deliver for me again!

Dr. McKinney cares about her patients. I've been a patient for 5 yrs. My daughter had her first baby with Dr. McKinney since I was always saying how great she is with her patients. Thanks again for bringing my granddaughter into the world !1
