From the moment I walked into Dr. Sterling's office, I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was professional and attentive. Dr. Sterling was spot on in his diagnosis and within days my condition was cured. I would unequivocally recommend Dr. Sterling's office for dermatological care.

He used to be my favorite doctor, but since he moved, he depends on assistants and pushes prodicts. He rushes and talks with his assistants in the patient room in front of me. I found this unprofessional. He's changed.

Practice has changed. Overzealous; impersonal.Used to be the best.....not any more

This doctor has shifted and expanded his practice to include medi-spa services like waxing, massages and the like. With a particular focus on injectibles. He requires a consultation fee for these cosmetic procedures which is non-refundable and gave a hard sell and factually questionable pitch for Botox. His demeanor was not what one would normally expect or desire in a physicain as he used such phrasing as "rob Peter to pay Paul" and likened himself to an artist. Remember, he was only consulted for a Botox treatment -- nothing more. When the treatment failed, unlike is protocol with other doctors and recommended by the drug company itself, he refused to do a touch-up stating, "I used every drop in the syringe, and that's all you paid for." He charged by the vial, which was for 50 units; yet, he only injected 33. Still, the price paid remained the same. Returning to his office at the suggestion of the drug company, he was combative on the verge of being hostile and declined any remedy.
