Paid to go for a visit before colonoscopy to make sure she understood that he surgeon wanted to know if there was diverticulitis at sigmoid section. In the morning of the colonoscopy, the nurses are touting how fast she does them. When I wake up groggy not knowing what I'm saying (something she should be used to) she's giving me a scowl only to cheer up by telling me I have hemorrhoids (which turned out to be very small and eventually resolved). When I get the results, the only picture of the sigmoid is out of focus. The surgeon said the picture was useless.

My procedure went well. I am very happy with the comfortable care by all staffs in Endoscopy center of South Bay and Dr. Gloria Sze. Everyone is all very friendly and professional. Really appreciate it. It made my procedure not so nervous and stressful.

My procedure went well because of the great customer service from the staff. I am always a bit nervous when I enter these kind of facilities but the Assistant's and the Nurse's, including the Doctor, made me feel comfortable. I also would like to recognize the fact that the staff continuously asked me who I was, what was my birthday, and why I was here. Being in the military, those kind of check points are vital to good training. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Endoscopy Center of South Bay.

After almost a year with another doctor that kept telling me I did not have acid reflux, She ran 3 simple tests that were mandatory and all tests came back that I had bad acid reflux..She was sweet and very nice..

My life for the last two years has been a horror show and I blame this doctor for most of that. I went to see Dr. Sea after being diagnosed with UC. She had me on a medication that side effects can actually make my condition worse and it did. I told her that I thought the medication prescribed was making things worse and she told me that it was the best thing for my condition. When I didnâ??t get better she kept on prescribing me other medications that also didnâ??t help because she had me on Lialda. This doctor took my condition from a very minor condition to a fairly serious one all because she either didnâ??t listen, or she doesnâ??t know her medicine. I would go into appointments with lists of things to ask her and she would say things like â??some people never get better,â?? and â??I think youâ??re having a hard time accepting this.â?? I got dramatically better after I stopped seeing her. Iâ??ve never been so angry with anyone in my life. Judging by my last colonoscopy if I would… have stayed under her care I would have to have my colon completely removed in the next couple years, all for a problem that my current doctor believes if it was left untreated it would have healed by itâ??s self. This doctor has ruined 2 years of my life, she has cost me a small fortune and I donâ??t think I will ever fully recover from the damage she has caused. I hope I am saving you from my pain.
