Dr. Gordana Gligoric, MD

I absolutely love this Doctor. She is very friendly, personable, and caring. She knows her stuff. I had sever allergies and could barley breath for years. Due to the drainage I also suffered from multiple ear infections. After visiting with her and doing the rush therapy my allergies are finally under control. I have recommend several of my friends and family to her and they all come back and tell me how caring and kind she is. Thank you Dr. Gligoric for giving me my life back

I’d post no stars if I could. When I came in to my appointment I realized I’d left my wallet at home. I advised the lady sitting at the front desk that I had no wallet or ID and asked if I could reschedule my appointment. She said not to worry that we’d figure something out. So I sat in the waiting room for over and hour and got to observe a few things. I realized that there did not appear to be an office manager and the physician was acting as the office manager. I’ve worked for physicians in the past that have done this and it never works well. Their website is almost completely non functional. The waiting room is a shrine to her side business of laser facials and all kinds of cosmetic procedures. I felt very uncomfortable immediately that I came to a pulmonologist to treat a serious lung disease and the office was clearly more interested in the revenue generated from elective cosmetic procedures. After an hour had elapsed and the physician, who was sitting at the front desk teaching… the receptionist how to use their software, was having not so secret conversations about me and my lack of wallet, the receptionist came to me and said “the doctor is concerned about seeing you without you paying your copay”. I’m sorry, what? I told them that I had ASKED to reschedule my appointment over an hour ago, was assured it would be fine, and have now wasted an hour of my time. The physician had the absolutely nerve of apologizing to me. So I left and as I pulled out onto Fredericksburg, the receptionist called me and asked if I had left and I said I had. She said “well the doctor can see you if you can pay your $15 copay.” I didn’t know how else to explain I didn’t have my wallet. I knew from the second I walked in I wouldn’t be able to pay and let her know but she insisted it would be fine. I have now asked for a referral to a pulmonologist I saw years ago who thankfully is still in practice. I do NOT recommend this practice. If you’re looking for a well run practice with a physician who has much better ratings, go see Dr. Bruce Martin.

Unprofessional staff, unprofessional Dr with a wall-sized closet full of unlimited pharmaceuticals to push at to the patient (and an unsuspecting spouse). The wait time is ridiculous and the check out counter is covered in her personal advertisements. Ridiculous costs for basic allergy shots. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this money hungry Dr.

The office staff are very pleasant to work with, scheduling is very easy. Dr. Gligoric herself is very professional and knowledgable. I am currently taking rush therapy to help with my severe allergies. I frequent the office every 2 weeks and must say I am very happy with the 4-5 hours every 2 weeks I spend there.

Dr. Gligoric billed me for allergy serum/shots I never received because she refused to take my insurance for injections, although she gladly took it for tests. She never followed up on my care and after two years not hearing from her she tried to bill me for services I never received. She is threatening to refer me to collections for services she did not provide. She has zero professionalism and her business office is a train wreck.

Dr. Gligoric was attentive to my health concerns at first, but then I had several bad reactions to the allergy serum injections. During several of these instances, she and her nurse were not able to successfully administer IV saline solution which left me with blood splattered all over my arm. After my last incident, I decided to no longer see this doctor. To make matters even worse, doctor billed two mixing serum services ($1,500 each) 3 months after my last visit. Humana processed and paid. I complained to doctor's office and notified Humana. After multiple conversations between myself/doctor/Humana, doctor is not repealing claims. She claims services are valid because they didn't know I cancelled appointments. After last appointment, I called to cancel all future appointments and not one phone call from doctor's office asking if I plan to continue allergy injections yet they continue to bills services and not provide medical records as requested by Humana. Doctor has now billed me… over $2,000 in services that Humana denied as inclusive with other services done that day, services not supported, or records not being received. Humana has tried multiple times to advise doctor she cannot bill patient these charges. Yet she continues to send me statements trying to collect over $2,300 and has threatened to forward to collections. I don't recommend this doctor. The service and practice during this ordeal has been nothing but unprofessional and unethical.
