I suffered from allergies and “cedar fever” most of my life. I had allergy testing on my very first appt. I was very impressed with efficiency. I’m now allergy free.

This is the worst clinic ever! The ladies on the phone think they are the doctor and think they can talk toyou in a rude and disrespectful way, I was scream at, I was trying to explain something and she just cut me off and shut me off. I scheduled my daughter’s appointment like 2 weeks ago and I have written down it was on Monday 27th I called to confirm the time and I was told that no, the appointment was yesterday and that they have a zero tolerance for no showing, she even told me that I was supposed to get a text message and an email to remind me and I didn’t! This is the very first time this happens to me, I just needed the prescription for my daughter’s epi pen I wouldn’t be jocking about something so serious like my daughter’s life! And she said that I messed up and I jeopardized my daughter’s life for not taking her to the appointment!? Seriously??? This is a complete misunderstanding and treating people like this is not fair! I asked to talk to the doctor and she immediately… said no (screaming at me). I was denied healthcare by them, I was denied talking to my daughter’s doctor because of this lady, I was denied an appointment by this lady. Worst experience ever, don’t ever come near or you’ll be screamed at, when this was clearly their fault by giving an incorrect date not mine!! I asked respectfully and then she simply hung up on me. I asked her name and she just hung up, seems reasonable because they messed up!

Exceptional physician, kind, caring, makes you feel at ease and thorough.

We met with Dr. Adrianne Vaughn this morning for my 4-year old daughter. Dr. Vaughn was amazing with her, taking the time to answer ALL of her questions (most of which had nothing to do with allergies!). She was very easy to talk to and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. I felt like we had known her for years, she was warm, funny and very enthusiastic! I would highly recommend her to anyone in SA looking for an allergist. My only complaint (which the doc completely made up for) was the nurse who initially took us back to measure and weigh my daughter was very dull and seemed almost bored with us. But again, minor complaint compared to the excellent service we received by Dr. Vaughn!

Dr. Adrianne Vaughn is the best! She is truly concerned about her patients and takes the time to listen, respond, and follow up. Her staff is as caring as she, which indicates great leadership/management. In this day and age when so many great doctors are being driven out of the profession, I am so thankful that "Dr. Adrianne" is there for her patients!
