I would give zero Stars if I could. This place is awful. The doctor is not so bad but the staff is absolutely ridiculous. My husband paid $300 just for blood work and an x-ray and they refused to send him any of his results even though he was deploying and needed them. I had to go back twice, his brother went once, there was three email sent and nothing was returned. They lied to our face every time we went in there. I would suggest new stuff this place is bad because of them

they never answering phones, they not complete the authorization on medication, be careful of there staff there lying on everything and when you provide proof of there mistake they will just saying we will look into it,not recommend this doctor to no one

I was also a patient of Dr. Joseph M. Freiberg and I was so very sad when he retired, I have been a patient of Dr Al Salchi and is OK, I am in the process of looking and finding a Dr, I can feel comfortable, Dr Al Salchi nurse is very efficient, professional and sweet person, the rest of the staff I won't even comment, needles to say they never return your calls, and they take forever to answer their telephone. Not Happy at all

Horrible customer service, I love the doctor, I love his nurse Rosa, but the rest of the staff are very rude, very unprofessional they never return calls, the person in charge of filling the FMLA forms is either not in due to emergencies or she is away and they don’t know when she will be coming back, I am seriously thinking of just looking for another doctor just because I am so sick and tired of having to deal with such incompetent staff. I turned in an paid for the FMLA forms to be faxed to my employer and is the forms are still not been faxed, I was given a due date by my employer and if the FMLA forms are not received that can cause a denial of my FMLA from my employer. I get sick to my stomach every time is renewal time for the FMLA forms.

Dr AL-Shalchi office staff is horrible. They never return phone calls and communication is one way, which is you. They need to go work retail and learn how to treat people. If they were a retail store, they could not sell me a glass of water in the desert, and when you are in the desert water sells itself. So if you call, never ever leave a message, they are very disorganized and inattentive and they treat you like you are a bother. Dr AL-Shalchi is a mediocre doctor, he leaves much to be desired. My previous Doctors Dr Michael J Freiberg, who has retired, was phenomenal. So I am accustomed to him and his attention to detail, so Dr AL-Shalchi is way, way, way below the mark of being good medical care doctor, which standard was set by Dr Michael J Freiberg. There are countless more errors by this medical office and doctor, but I want to put this to rest and not go on with my complaint. Avoid this Dr and his office staff at all cost, very lethargic and disorganized. Integrity is… just a word…

I am in good hands

In fact, I don't want to write something not true like some other people who rated Dr. Alshalichi as five stars, which he doesn't deserve it. He is in my opinion the worst doctor i ever seen or met. He doesn't care about the patient or his health, he cares about his time only so that he don't want to spend enough time with him. He is very classic doctor and some times I can't believe that he was graduated from the school of medicine. He has a very limited knowledge therefore, I can't give him more than poor. Moreover, his staff may consider as the worst also, because they are cruel and very bad behave.

Dr. Alshalchi is very knowledgeable and truly understands medicine in every aspect. He asks the right questions and does the right thing each and every time I have ever seen him which has been years now. He takes the time to go over everything with his patients and makes you feel very comfortable and not to be greedy and take your money because many times they have undercharged me for a number of things, he is just a genuine person who is passionate about his profession and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication.

Great Doctor, always in demand, Important thing is even if you have to wait a bit, you do not risk to be misdiagnosed. I was in the ER at the University Hospital on Medical drive, they made me wait 13 hours to see a DR while I bled almost to death, and they said they do not know what's wrong with me having heavy bleeding from the Urine. ...... I come to find out at the MD a week later that I have Bladder Cancer. ....... so Guys make sure you go to a good Doctor, not one who smiles, or one who has a luxury office, but one who has the right knowledge and diagnosis, and most of all one who cares and has experience. It makes a difference between life and death sometimes.

Love the doctor but the staff isn't great at all
