More about Dr. Gordon Tang
Dr. Tang is a fellowship trained neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive treatment of spinal disorders. He has authored over one hundred presentations and publications and has received over twenty awards and grants including the American Association of Neurological Surgeons Mayfield Award for Spine research, the Galbraith Award for Cerebrovascular research and the Council of Neurosurgical Societies Award. Dr. Tang grew up in the Bay Area and completed college at the University of California, Berkeley. He trained in neurosurgery at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital and Emory University in Atlanta. He completed a one year fellowship in spinal surgery with Regis Haid, MD, the developer of some of the most popular spinal implants in the world.
