Dr. Tang grew up in the Bay Area and completed college at the University of California, Berkeley. He trained in neurosurgery at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital and Emory University in Atlanta. He completed a one year fellowship in spinal surgery with Regis Haid, MD, the developer of some of the most popular spinal implants in the world.
