Dr. Greg Rosenn, MD

After almost 18 years with this pediatric neurology practice, I finally made the decision to leave — not because of the doctors, but because of the treatment from the front desk staff, specifically Liliana. For years, she has been consistently rude, dismissive, and hostile on the phone. Calls get cut off, messages don’t get passed along, and basic communication turns into an unnecessary battle every single time. The final straw was being told that I had to explain my private medical concerns to the receptionist first so she could decide whether or not my message was important enough to pass to the doctor. That is completely inappropriate and honestly unacceptable in a medical office. Patients should not feel intimidated, dismissed, or verbally mistreated just trying to communicate with their physician. After nearly two decades, I simply could not tolerate it anymore. It’s unfortunate because the doctors may never realize how many patients are driven away by the behavior at the front… desk.

Didn't explain anything, didn't ask any questions, didn't explain the purpose of any exam nor did he review any results. Just dropped a diagnosis and walked out of the room. He definitely presented with a social communication disorder. Called the office several times never called me back. Office staff was also rude and insensitive. Awful disgusting experience. Needs negative stars.

Dr Rosenn has changed our lives. My son has thrived tremendously with his help and guidance. We are so thankful we found him care for our our son.

After not interrupting personal conversations to acknowledge patients they take almost one hour to create a chart. Horrible first impression. Will not return

I can't thank Dr. Rosenn enough! My son has ADHD and with Dr. Rosenn's help he's gone from failing all subjects in 4th grade to Honors List in 6th grade. His staff is very helpful and friendly and Dr. Rosenn is always a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Dr. Rosenn!

Dr.Rosen has been our sons doctor since the were babies , we find him to be very caring and understanding.

If you're interested in a Dr who will thoroughly examine and wants to help his patients then I highly recommend Dr Rosenn. His office staff is very helpful. They've always accommodated me when I've needed last minute appointments and medications. I appreciate all they do for me. On that note, thank you Dr Rosenn, NP's and all of the staff for your continued professional care.

The providers are not an issue. The office staff IS THE ISSUE! Now they are hiring the children of the staff that are rude, lazy, and incompetent. How is it OK that a 20 something girl speak to a parent with a child with a disability with such distain & disregard. The Drs/NP's should be aware how poorly their patients & families are being treated. Shame on you!

My son has been seeing Dr. Rosenn for over 5 years now. In the very beginning I found his office never picked phone calls and it was frustrating but with all fairness this no longer exists. His front office people are wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Rosenn himself is an excellent Dr and outgoing. My son who is now 13 likes him very much as do I. I am also happy that he took charge and straighten out his front office personalities. Keep up the good work Dr. !

Our experience with Dr. Rosen was very poor, his staff have zero concern for how they act around the patient and their parents, zero disregard and empathy for a parents concerns. As a parent reading a test report that Dr. Rosen requested for our child and not fully comprehending the report we called his office asking for a call back to discuss the report. When requesting information for a test result on the phone the staff had a very bothered attitude and just kept saying “well that is not how we do things around here, you will have to make an appointment and come in to get your results.” To expect a parent to wait three weeks’ as that was the first appointment available to discuss the results with the Doctor is unacceptable. It is a shame that Dr. Rosen has lost sight of the fact that he is providing a service and that his patients are also customers and can take their business elsewhere. Needless to say it only took me a few minutes to find another Neurologist to take a look at the… report and to assure us that everything was fine. Can you imagine waiting for three weeks stressing over a report to find out that there was nothing to be concerned with. All this stress just so that they can charge you for the additional office visit. If you have taken the time to read this I strongly suggest you look for a different Dr. to care for you and your child’s needs.
