Dr Jones has performed three surgeries on me and every time I was completely informed, knew what to expect and there were no surprises. He is the best and I highly recommend him and his team.

Completely dissatisfied. Waited 3 months for acclaimed best surgeon. Found that records were not reviewed. Results of mri wasnt at his office via his nurse's statement. And treated like I was a imposing on his time. Had problems after surgery and no return calls from his staff. Just had to follow up with family doctor. It's unfortunate because left shoulder is in need of repair. Will travel to dallas for upcoming procedures. Will never recommend this group for any medical treatment. Shame on you, and I apologize for my honesty

It has been several years, but Dr Jones repaired by shoulder with a torn rotator and rebuilt my knee with a completely blown ACL. I have since moved to Cincinnati...they orthopedic doctors here have all been blown away by the quality of workmanship available in (to quote them) "a small town like Fort Smith." Dr Jones was adamant that I do ALL rehab. He said he wouldn't do the surgery if I wouldn't promise him that I would. I did and now...I have full use of both my knee and shoulder...and Very Small Scars...my repair work required substantial rework...and could not be done laparoscopically. Great Work!
