Dr. Gregg Giannina, MD

I went through a miscarriage in St Peters University hospital and Dr. Giannina was the Dr. on shift to see after the ultrasound was done.He didn't introduce himself, came to the room where my husband and I were crying and just said 'yeah, guys, there's no heartbeat,If I were you I would get this cleaned as soon as possible. If you wait it to of natural you may bleed out' (none of this is true, and it was neither necessary to say)We were shocked! no sympathy, no empathy, just awful. This all encounter lasted about 3 minutes. I'm pregnant again and I have refused to go back to saint Peters just for this person. He made a very bad and sad experience to be the most awful thing.He is definitely THAT person you see in the movies that make your memories be even worse than they had to be.I was told by the staff that this doctor was no longer associated with St. Peters but according to the internet it seems he still is.Run away from him!!!

I went to dr. Giannina practice by myself not knowing if I was brave enough to get an amnio done. His staff was super nice and helpful. They treated me with su much empathy and care! Dr. Giannina himself was direct and clear informing me about the risks and I appreciate that. He was also very nice and make me feel like I was among friends I could trust. He explained the whole procedure from beginning to end plus the risks. I ended up getting the amnio right there and then. The procedure itself was not painless but it wasn’t as bad or long as I imagined. I came out fine and I am sure I couldn’t have done it without the amazing team de. Giannina has and of course, the doctor himself. What a nice, friendly, warm and expert subject! Thank you so much for everything.

Dr. Giannina is an outstanding high risk OBGYN! Greatly appreciate his thoroughness and knowledge. The ultrasound technicians and office staff are top notch. I already recommended Dr. G to two of my fellow pregnant mommy friends who are experiencing medical issues during pregnancy. We all adore Dr. G!!!

Dr Giannina came into the room for maybe 2 minutes. The ultrasound girl was dirty looking. Her hair was greasy and her face was peeling. The front desk girls scrubs were 3 sizes too tight and unprofessional as well. Disappointing for a high risk doctor
