Dr. Gregory Seth Ford, MD

During my recent eye exam, Dr. Ford plucked two eyelashes that he said were curling into my eye. I had no lash complaints, no discomfort, and felt no difference once they were removed. When I saw a surgery charge added to my bill, I thought it was a mistake, only to learn that lash removal is indeed coded as surgery. This meant an additional $53 added to my bill for the approximately 4 seconds of lash plucking. My protests that this was an unreasonable charge went unheeded. It would be preferable if patients had the option to either consent to or refuse a surgery, especially when the cost is so significant, and many people can pluck their own eyelashes at home if needed.

Terrible uncalled for expensive experience!

Called the office and scheduled an appointment. They said they took Tricare (military insurance). Waited three weeks for appointment and showed up. The office informed me that they only take Tricare as a secondary insurance not as a primary. And because I was a military member and only had Tricare as my primary they would not see me.

Dr. Ford is an excellent physician who goes above and beyond his call of duty. This includes his warm and wonderful relationship or as can be called bed-side manner with his patients as he takes his time to discuss and explain all medical procedures and terminology directly to his patients and family. He always approaches us with a warm smile and good heart. It is obvious he is very educated and versed any every thing he does. My Mom and I are so fortunate to have a Dr. such as Dr. Ford. Thank you for all your wonderful services!!

Dr Ford did surgery on both eyes putting implant lens I see perfect no reading glasses or anything he is the Best great staff he is a Christian and is involved in his church I highly recommend him

He gave me the information in simple enough language for me to make the decision I was comfortable with to improve upon my vision.

He is very friendly and very thorough and talks to you about your exam and findings. I have been to see him several years now. I recommend him to all my family and friends. I couldn't ask for a better eye doctor. His staff is always courteous and friendly. I highly recommend him as an excellent eye doctor.

Could not afford to pay the cost for their expensive glasses so I wanted to get the pd number and measurements so I could go somewhere else. I was told I would have to pay 50 dollars for my measurements. They were not on the prescription which my insurance paid for them to do. This is ridiculous and I just wanted to let people know what kind of treatment they give disabled people on Medicare and Medicaid.

Dr. Ford is the most sincere and caring doctor we have ever met. He took ownership of my problem and offered an effective solution when other doctors failed to do so. I later took my mom there too, and she just loves him. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good eye doctor and surgeon.
