She did too many tests each time & made me come far too often. She prescribed drops for a problem that is not helped with drops at all but can actually harm the cornea. I felt like she was milking my insurance company for all she could get. I was usually there 2-3 hrs. too.

She got me in within an hour to see me for a issue with my eye. She was sweet and her staff was super nice to work with! Great experience!!

Do not use this MD for routine eye exams. Her office took over 8 months to bill me more than $200 for a routine eye exam even though I had TWO different types of insurance covering routine eye exams. This office is disreputable and should not be on the list of VSP providers

Dr.Elias is very thorough in her eye exams. She has very sophisticated machines for measuring many things about the eyes. I don't know what all they show, but she sure does. She is very smart, and great bedside manner. She does many types of eye surgery, along with eye exams for glasses.

Dr. Caroline is the most thorough eye doctor I have ever been to, anywhere. She is a quiet person, but spends time doing the eye exam, and answers any questions I ask her. Her equipment is up to date, her personnel keep the patients moving, and I am completely happy with this lady as my eye doctor.

She saw my dad and was no help. Unfriendly, did not discuss anything, did not help, no follow-up whatsoever...except with a big bill. We would never recommend her to anyone. Better off staying home if you can't get an appointment anywhere else.
