There are not enough available stars to truly convey the quality of service you will receive here. Every single person that is employed here has a positive attitude and goes out of there way to make you feel informed, relaxed, and well cared for. Jeanette is a saint and a real asset to this practice. She answered so many questions for me through my process, never once making me feel I was a bother or inconveniencing her in any way. She often even responded on the weekend! Now, Dr. Bancroft is in a class all his own. Not only does he have the most warm and calming personality but he has a bed side manner that is almost unheard of these days, especially in regards to a surgeon. I believe he truly cares and is 100% invested in your expectations, comfort, happiness, and outcome. I almost felt at times he was more excited than me, if that was possible. He has taken the time to think of every single thing that can be done to make you procedure and after care as perfect as possible. He has… been available ANY time I have had questions or concerns from day one and continues to be so almost a month later. Any physician that takes the time to make a house call the day after your procedure to save you discomfort and to also ensure you are positioned how you need to be, is some one that has no limits to the care and compassion they provide. I can with great certainty say that there is not one single thing I wish had been done, or been done differently. He not only met but beyond exceeded my every expectation. I will not hesitate to recommend him to any one seeking any type of cosmetic procedure. Please despite any other review you read or see, do yourself a favor and meet with them. I promise you won’t be sorry. I feel very fortunate to have been able to be cared for by such an exemplary group of staff and physician.

I absolutely love my tummy tuck and I'm so thankful for Dr Bancroft and his staff! The office staff recognize me when I walk in. I rarely wait to get to see the dr and if I do it's because I know he takes his time with his patients because that is what he does with me. He does not rush in explaining anything and answers any questions you have. His enthusiasm is like no other and he truly loves what he does!
