Dr. Schweiger and his team gave me my life back. I was in pain everyday. I stuggled to keep up with my kids, my career as a nurse in a hospital, and my active lifestyle had come to a complete stop. I had never heard of FAI hip impingement. Dr Schweiger saw me limping around the hospital one weekend on his rounds and knew right away what was going on with me. After imaging it was obvious i needed surgery. As a nurse i was stubborn...and honestly scared. Dr Schweiger explained every detail to me and my husband. I went through two arthroscopic hip surgies with Schweiger at Alpine and it went flawlessly. I experienced almost no pain, the staff was amazing, and i feel like my old self. I am so very thankfull for this wonderful team!

I broke my pelvis wide open by driving over myself with my truck. The doctor put a plate in front and screws in the back and put screws in my ankle which was also broken. The surgery did not take long considering, the scar is minimal and today you would never know I had ever been injured. He continuously monitored me, made me feel important and was always the most professional. I was very lucky that he was around that day. His nurse is also exceptional.

Dr. Schweiger put me back together after a motorcycle accident. He explained the various breaks and my options for each. He saved an OR slot for us just in case we opted for surgery. This planning had me on the mend in under 24 of my initial visit.Don't expect a warm frilly visit. It is all business ... clear, accurate, and effective answering the questions you might have.
