I have been privileged to have Dr Navvaro as my primary care for almost six years. This guy REALLY has a heart. He is kind - he listens to his patients and follows up if they are in mental or emotional distress. He is a true treasure beyond measure

On April 18, 2024 I complained of swollen feet (unusual) and crackles in my lungs. He did NOTHING, did not immediately send me to a cardiologist or recommend treatment. I ended up in the hospital for four days. which could have been avoided, if he had acted correctly. He has also been sanctioned for overprescribing opiates. He prescribed an incorrect medication to my friend. It's alarming that he is still practicing at Anna Jacques Hospital. So if you hear the quack quack sound you know it's Dr. Navarra approaching. Beware.

Dr. Navarra has been my Primary Care Physician for over 13 years. During that time, he has exceeded every personal expectation and standard. Dr. Navarra is a very caring and professional physician. He takes considerably more time and concern for my better health, both physical and mental, than any healthcare professional I have known to date.

My family has been seeing Dr. Navarra for nearly 20 years. He is very responsive and attentive to our needs. On a Sunday I was rushed to the Hospital with extreme shortness of breath. Within a short time he was there directing my treatment. He puts me at ease whatever the problem. A great BEDSIDE manner.

I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years and have had the same primary care physician for over 15 years. I just switched to Dr. Navarra's office and have seen him twice. I could not be more impressed with his bedside manner, patience and willingness to listen. He is very proactive and I wish I switched to him 15 years ago!
