Dr. Guillermo San Roman, MD

The staff is extremely RUDE and clearly don't care about your well being. They repeatedly refused to answer what services they provide and technology they use. I wanted to ask the doctor if he provides a particular service and they also refused.

As a Registered Nurse (and as a patient) : I highly recommend Dr. San Roman. His overall professionalism and compassion : 5 STAR . A Cardiologist with a TRUE HEART.

Dr. San Roman is everything you want in a doctor. He is an expert in his field, spends time with you and very compassionate. We just don't have many doctors like this anymore.

My father as well as I have been a patient of Dr. San Roman. he over 30 years and me over 12. Dr. SR is a dedicated professional who is comprehensive in his analysis, decisive, professional, respectful, caring, will spend the time and energy to explain concepts and is available. He is a busy man who may run late on his appointment because he spends the time with his patients. Perhaps he appears serious but is personable and most professional in a serious field that demands the best and he expects his patients to follow his recommendations.

My elderly mother has been a patient of Dr. San Roman's for nearly 20 years. He's not only competent and accurate in his diagnosis, but he's a good guy, he really cares about his patients. My mom was originally diagnosed with an electrical issue when we first came to him. He arranged for the appropriate doctors at St. Francis to take over my mother's care. When sheh had a heart attack years later while overseas he took my call early on a Saturday morning and calmed our fears. When she became a very high risk patient and many surgeons and hospitals were not interested in taking her on as a surgical patient, he made calls and found excellent surgeons for my mother. Even now, after chemo therapy and all kinds of other medical issues he's a kind compassionate medical provider who is gentle with this frail patient. He knows what he's doing and he's just a good guy. And although it's not vitally importanat, he's a handsome guy too. ;o)

Dr San Roman and staff are what everyone should look for in a physician and staff.Totaly professional, never a wait and smiling through it all!

Have been a patient for a few months. Never runs on time; waiting time is normally one hour. Staff is not consistent; sometimes they appear overwhelmed other times there is a party atmosphere while patients wait and wait and wait.
