Dr was very friendly and helpful and cares about his patients. I took a handicap bus from Warren Bar Oak Lawn I was real late for my appointment. My appointment I was told 8:45 a.m. Nurse said 9:45 am. Nurse said I was to late but the doctor took me anyway.

My experience with my doctor Dr. G. Pannu was great I was confident in his ability to provide the necessary surgery that I needed his bedside manner was impeccable he explained fully in a way that I could understand every aspect of my condition and what He suggests could be done to improve it I would recommend him to any and everyone that I know. His follow up as far as my condition and Recovery was excellent I would recommend him he's good he's excellent in my opinion

Dr Pannu was on time to see me, which is very refreshing. We discussed the X-rays , made a plan and I have a follow up appointment in a timely fashion. He was kind and listened to my problems.

My wife had been the first of us to see Dr. Pannu. He was thorough and gave her a break down on why he felt the idea of surgery with her case should be treated in a different way first. Currently my wife is getting injections in precise spots in her back in regards to her back pain. When I had my recent visit. Dr. Pannu gave a full breakdown of what was happening in terms of my current condition. He then gave a breakdown of treatments before thinking of surgery seeing that healing time would be 2 to 6 weeks. So currently using the options to see if I can get better without surgery using injections as well as physical therapy. The office staff was excellent. Along with all nurses. My wife and I have gone to other facilities (not affiliated) where the staff didn't want to bother with you and seemed to not know what you needed for the appointment or never stated it during setup. So in short, I was pleased with my latest visit along with the previous one.
