Dr. Gustavo San Roman, MD

my daughter was referred to an endocrinologist by Dr. San Ramon‘s office. When we arrived to that office it was practically in a shack. I became alarmed and started looking at the reviews for the endocrinologist. They were horrific. I called to complain to Dr. San Ramon‘s office. The staff member who had provided the referral didn’t even spell the endocrinologist name properly. She said that he was an excellent doctor, and that everyone loved him. Obviously, she did not look at the numerous reviews. She was very rude to me and treated me as though I had hysteria. Not knowing how to spell the doctors name properly as well as not knowing about his horrific reviews is an excusable.

Very good physician, great bedside manner

This is one of the best office. He delivered my son 5 years ago. He is great at what he does and the staff is great and make you feel welcomed. Would not change them for anything.

I have been a patient of his for over 19 years. He has been always completely professional and has referred me to other providers when necessary. I can count on him and his staff to be friendly, professional and incredible helpful anytime. Appointments may get cancelled at the last minute but he's by himself so babies are going to come when babies want to come. I know that the nurse practitioners have come and gone over the years but he has staff that's been there for as long as he has so he's got to be doing something right.

I've repeatedly gotten information from Dr San Roman that was proven poor info by other Drs. All my appointments get cancelled at the very last minute. I have missed COUNTLESS hours of work due to their poor scheduling. Receptionists and nurses are rude. Changeing Dr asap

The nurses are extremely rude !! Horrible place to go . They are so busy the dr is arrogant .

I have been a patient for 24-25 years. He is the best! Some of his newer staff members are a bit curt. But ,if I ever have a real issue with them,I would not hesitate to tell him. Dr. San Roman askes questions and answers the ones you have. I have never felt I couldn't discuss things with him. Total professional.

The Best, the smartest, most honest Doctor I know. Even as employees, as embarrissing as one might think that would be, we chose to see him anyway because of his smarts and his honesty

Incredibly greedy. Charges $100 if you call after hours and want to speak to your doctor. And although I'd been seen twice in two weeks, when I called in to say a medication wasn't working to solve my pain, he wouldn't call in an alternate medication unless I came in for a third visit-- despite that nothing had changed.
