Dr. Spinelli is friendly, professional and always makes sure my dad is well taken care of.

Would not recommend

I've been seeing Dr Spinelli for about 3 years. He is very friendly and concerned of my problems. He has helped me with any and all health issues that I have visited him for. He's a good Dr. that I have confidence in.

I may have just said this but he is a quack Atrius are quacks Granite Medical Aquatics Dedham medical Aquatics South Shore LLC tax they are all Affiliated they will not help you they will do nothing for you they will pick you apart and will give you nothing for pain none of them have ever walked a mile in anyone's shoes who has been in pain for 30 is there absolute garbage. Dr Spinelli graduated at the bottom of his class I looked it up do not go to him I warned you I warned you I warned you thank you very much. He has a very bad attitude and bad teeth just to show you that I have met him in the past.

If 0 stars were an option, I would have given that. Dr. Spinelli does not follow through, is not knowledgeable in older patient’s care.

This doctor needs to be retested by the Board. When we first were informed by letter that he was taking on a more Administrative role at Granite Medical we thought good. Maybe better suited for paperwork than people work. However, somehow the position has created more problems or at least we see more problems with dealing with Granite Medical. Your true Doctor is the Call Center. What ever they write is what it is and what you will be treated or not treated for. Messages are often not returned .... and his nurse is rude and seemingly bewildered by the least little request. Spinelli is always saying he didn't get the message or questioning who you left a message with. The office is unprofessional, unclean, long waits, little face time, and if don't like it you'll feel like your surrounded by the play-yard bullies. Efforts to make the situation know and get on a better track only made it worse .... I agree with the majority of the ratings.

'Watch' Everything about this individual needs to be watched. Are your prescriptions updated? Are your test ordered? Did he read the Tech's report because she is the one that really examines you. If you had test done did he get them, did he read them, did he read them correctly? Does he remember you conditions? A lot of work and a lot of time to get up to speed so that you can monitor everything..... lots of errors and omissions.

Agree not focused, confused and/or doesn't remember patient and/or history. Forgets to write prescription and direction, requiring many calls to the office. We ended up going to emergency and then another doctor for our needs.

Mostly recently we have noticed a mark change. Does not appear focused. Seems not to retain patient information or concerns. Often misunderstands or misreads reports. Several errors in medications.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spinelli's for over 20 years. He is thoughtful and measured in his approach. He won't throw batteries of tests at you needlessly. He takes the time to discuss with you what you think the best approach is and helps you weigh your options to get the best results. I'm constantly impressed with his follow-up. I've recommended him and his practice many many times.
