Dr. Haiyen Truong Le, MD

This "Dr" has a very bad attitude. When you ask her questions she gives you a look like the parents are stupids and we should know the answers. Never going back to her office again this will be my first and last time.

Very very rude and condescending when answering my questions, how she is still a pediatrician is baffling. First and last visit

She is good when it comes to dealing with your children, but like the first review, when you ask her questions she is very rude and attitudy. She thinks you should know the answers and talk to you as if you are stupid. She should remember she is the expert and the parents' questions might be clueless to her but that's why we pay her service. If we knew all the answers she would be out of jobs. On top of that, she is only part time so it's like she works with kids all day. I would only stay with their office becauase they have several locations and they are open on saturday, but this is my last straw. I am defintely switching to another doctor at this office.

All i can say is this "dr" is horrible. Terrible attitude and look very sloppy for a doctor. Both wife and i were present at the visit but to my surprise, she acted like i was invisible and only spoke to my wife. Not once did she speak to me even though i was sitting there in the small room with my wife and kids. Really this "dr" per say has no manner and seem very disrespectful. also, like others have mentioned she'd rush thru her diagnosis. She definitely did not even bother spend time to introduce herself nor try to sit down with us to get a feel for our family, especially when this was our very first visit. This was our first visit and will be our last. I vow to never return and hope this review will help other not to waste your time and money on this lady. - btw, there has been no follow up since our visit.

Dr. Le is great with kids.

I was seeing a different doctor in the same office for my 15 month old but when that doctor was not available, we saw Dr. Le! I am impressed! I love her! We have been to the office 3 times this week because my little one his having bad bronchialitis. She seems very caring and knowledgeable! I am very thankful for all the work the whole office has put into our situation! One of the medical assistants even held my baby so I could pull the car closer when it was raining! I hope we get to stick with her throughout his childhood!

very lazy staffs, bad doctor

1 ST TIME SEEING HER WITH MY 8 MONTH OLD AND SHE WAS GREAT!!

She is very good with children not that great with parents. She gets an attitude when you ask her questions about your child's condition. Once she even rolled her eyes at me. She tries to hurry and rush you out and doesn't thoroughly diagnose the problem. Because of her bad attitude I do not enjoy being around her. She has misdiagnosed my child more than once and she ended up being hospitalized for weeks at a time. (intensive care) The ER Doctor said that she was appalled that they were not more thorough. I Have since switched doctors and I will never look back.

Dr. Le is kind, compassionate, knowledgable and gentle with her patients and parent. She answers questions without hessitation or frustration. I really like her.
