Dr. Hamdi Khilfeh, MD

If you love to be treated like you're at the DMV in 1984 this is the right place! I had an EKG done here MONTHS ago, and finally got a call saying that the results are in, and a nurse practitioner can call me with that, but... since I told the girl that I no longer have insurance, she told me that she is going to cancel the "appointment". I asked why and said it's literally a phone call to go over a procedure I already had done at the facility. She said it's considered an appointment, and I can pay out of pocket if I want. I know I'm entitled to the results (a doctor's office is absolutely legally bound to give a patient this type of information), and I told her that. She argued with me for a while, wouldn't answer my questions, then finally got quiet for a minute, and had me talk to a "manager". This person asked if I wanted her to leave the results at the front desk so I can pick them up, to which I replied, "That would be f****** awesome!" She then told me to watch my language… and hung up. I called back and the front desk girl told me the manager had "changed her mind", and I was getting nothing. She then told me she was referring me to "upper management" (lol) and I asked for that phone number, which she refused to give me right before SHE hung up on me. About an hour later, as I was online browsing through lawyers in the area, a nurse practitioner had the common sense to call and give me the results, which took about two minutes and eight seconds. I'm fine, by the way. My better half, who managed a doctor's office for over a decade, told me that she would fire someone if they treated a patient this way. As for me, I haven't had such ghetto service since... um.... since.... hmmmmm.... well, since I don't know when! There are LOTS of choices in the area, and most people who work at an office like this are professional and really cool. This is the exception; do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

I HAVE BEEN UNDER HIS CARE FOR AT LEAST 3 YRS. NEVER MET HIM. I SEE THE NURSE PRACTITIONERS WHEN I COME IN, WHICH I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH, BUT HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST STUCK HIS HEAD IN DOOR AND INTRODUCE HIMSELF. ALSO THE STAFF NEVER HAVE TEST RESULTS WHEN YOU COME IN AND ALWAYS BILL YOU INSTEAD OF TAKING PAYMENTS WHEN YOU ARE THERE. I MAKE REQUEST FOR REFERRALS AND TEST AND THEY NEVER SEND OR GIVE THEM TO ME. REALLY!!!!!

Highly recommend him!! He is a great Doctor and very caring and sweet!

By far I think this is it he us the best so courteous, professional and sweet he realy knows how to make patients feel great and his diagnosis is absolutely accurate he knew just what was wrong with m just by symptoms he is the best. I'm so glad to have found him.

This doctor was by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen.... Never examined my mom who was very ill and signs of a stroke, still prescribed medication without evening knowing what issues she had, then discharges her over the phone without an examination to see if everything was ok.... Only later to find out the medication he prescribed put her back in the hospital with further problems!!!

Dr. Khilfeh is such a great an dcaring doctor, he is always take the time t ensure that ALL of his patients are more than satisfactory. He is determined to make his patients as comfortable as possible as he works hard to find the best way to treat each one. He is so charismatic and he knows how to make you smile even when your sick and having a bad day this is the docotr to have because he will do all it takes to make sure you are full life and in GREAT HALF!!!!!! I am so proud and thankful to have a doctor lik him.
