Doctor Lo is very knowledgeable. Takes time to answer all my questions. His answers are clear and concise. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

Beware - his office a complete scam After the initial appointment, I called back to talk about the results. Instead of telling that no further action is needed, they asked me to come over and charged for a full additional visit as well as additional tests that were not required. After the visit, they kept on increasing the bill over and over. Worst experience ever. I'll never go to this office again.

Dr. Lo struck me as being very intelligent, and he was also quite patient, kind and respectful. He spoke clearly and directly, then listened to my dad's answers, which were not brief. He's soft-spoken, but we heard every word he said.

Sensible. Not just a pill pusher.

Dr Lo was very helpful in explanations and thorough in his exam. He helped me determine that I had an enlarged prostate, which is easily treatable but was not diagnosed by GP (at Kaiser). Also helpful with pill samples and follow up. He is highly recommended.
