Dr. Troung is one of the, if not THE best doctors I've ever had. Extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner, lovely person. I could not ask for more.

Dr. Truong is an excellent physician. Her staff is a different matter. They do not relay messages to the doctor. No matter how many times you request a copy of a test result, they will not mail it to you even when it could be a matter of life or death. Meanwhile Dr. Truong thinks that her staff is taking care of business because her patients do not want to complain.

Love love love Dr Truong. She came highly recommended by a friend years ago, and I've passed her on to many friends and family; they all love her too. She's always spot on with her diagnosis and treatment.

The last two times I went here, I waited for over an hour and a half - and then once I got inside a room, I continued waiting for another half hour. When I finally saw the doctor, she came in and was out in under 10 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time!

For the 2 hours that I was in the office, doctor spent around 3 min. Doctor does not call back with the blood results. No one calls back after requesting to talk to doctor regarding prescription. They said the prescription for drugs has been mailed even though I left my pharmacy number. After following up for 3 days finally they called my pharmacy.

Very compassionate and professional. Listens well to all concerns and makes it easy to talk to her. Follows up well after appointments and testing. Refers to specialists for specialized treatment.
