Summary
Hanna Kraus, M.D. Dr. Kraus was born in Basil, Switzerland and moved to the United States as a small child. After graduating from the University of Colorado and receiving her medical degree in 2002, she continued on to complete her Internal Medicine residency. In 2008, Dr. Kraus completed her Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Colorado Denver, which included training in all aspects of GI care. Dr. Kraus has participated in research on mechanisms of colon cancer growth in cells, as well as, improvement in methods of colorectal cancer screening compliance. Her medical interests include GI Care for women, liver disease and irritable bowel syndrome. She is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology as well as a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease. Dr. Kraus enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
