I recently had nose and sinus surgery. I had a bone spur removed in my nose and sinuses cleaned out. i was extremely nervous about this and Dr B and his staff were super, super nice and reassuring that I was going to be ok. I had heard soo many horror stories about this type of surgery and it was a piece of cake!! I hardly took any pain meds, and the pain was very little. I can now breathe and I know this was the right decision to make with Dr. B. He has excellent bedside manners, in which I am a big baby, so that was a plus!!!

I have always been deaf in my right ear since I can remember. This past Saturday I woke up and realized I could no longer hear out of my left ear. My husband took me to the ER and I was referred to an ENT, but not this doctor. My husband called the doctor I was referred to and they were not able to see me until March. The receptionist stated "I am sorry sir, there is nothing I can do,he is also a surgeon and just would not be able to see me until March." That was a joke. I looked in my insurance book, and began my search for another ENT. My husband called Dr. Harold and might I add he is also a surgeon, but found the time to see me the very next morning! He examined me and immediately sent me for a hearing test and a MRI. Dr. Harold had my results in his office in less than an hour, and told my husband my best option to save my hearing. I was scheduled for surgery the next morning. He was also my doctor at the hospital as well as my surgeon. He visited with me and my family before the… procedure and answered all our many questions. My surgery was a success and am so glad to have him as my ENT. He really cared and was concerned about my hearing. I was not just a $ sign to him. Today is now Friday, two days after surgery and I am beginning to hear. I am so excited. I thank God for putting him in my life, rather than the original ENT I was referred too! Thank you Dr. Harold Bienvenue for your care and concern, and for just being a great Doctor!
