If I could give zero stars I would. Read the other comments! This provider is rude, tackles, and does not listen to patients. He has no sense of empathy and it feels like you’re conducting a transaction verses someone that is involved in your healthcare. Overall, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any provider! Stay away…

Rude, incompetent and not an once of compassion. I spent the evening in the ER where I was directed to get an emergency sonogram. He ignored it, said my issue wasn’t gynecological without listening to me or doing an exam. Avoid like the plague. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a doctor before.

Dr. Grafstein is amazing. I refuse to see anyone else.

This doctor told me a positive pregnancy test (Urine, taken in office) was negative. Also told me I wasn’t pregnant because I wasn’t showing/feeling any symptoms. Did not tell me anything about being pregnant and how I should change my lifestyle - no mention of caffeine, fish, milk/cheese, cold cuts, etc. He did not provide a due date. He also told me that one of my thyroid levels were normal, when they were extremely off the chart. Avoid at all costs, nothing was ok starting at the first visit. I have since changed doctors.

Dr. Grafstein is a kind, knowledgeable and patient Dr. I would recommend him to others.

Tactless and rude

Without getting into the specifics of my appointment, he was extremely rude, and showed not only a complete lack of tact, but also a lack of compassion for a new patient in a very difficult situation. Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I'd rate him zero stars if I could.
