Dr. Harold M Kurlander, MD

Very nice but doesn't really care. Like most doctors these days seems all about the money but not much on the resolution of the issues. I had problems with the treatments and he just ignored me or blew me off with "it's nothing" while I couldn't work, couldn't function at home, and was not getting any relief from the initial pain problem.

While Dr. Kurlander is a great doctor, but his office staff is probably the worst I've run across. I can only say that the lady who runs his office is rude and abrupt. I wonder if she would be more understanding and helpful if it were her son having full body seizures? Or maybe she has been at it too long and needs to retire. She sure as h$ll won't ever see my son again. Terrible experience. Honestly...what makes office staff turn into monsters? If she doesn't like what she does, do her doctor some justice and move on.

Dr. Kurlander is awesome; however, his entire staff is so rude, impatient, and can't wait to get you off the phone when calling in. Try getting a prescription refilled... you may finally get it refilled around 3 days after you call it in and have bugged them everyday!! Unbelievable! They randomly put their recording on during the day stating that the office is closed even when it's not. It's so hard to get to speak with any one when you have a problem. You are usually forwarded to their answering machine and prompted to leave a msg. Time to find someone new that actually cares....

Dr Kurlander is a very good doctor, however his entire staff is exceptionally rude including the physicians assistant. After having a test done which was ordered in August, I have yet to get a report which I have requested three times. I gave the courteous staff 1 star but it probably should have been no stars.

Called the office in the evening because of an emergency. The answering service told me that Dr. Kurlander was on call. I asked if I could talk to him after explaining the situation. The answering service put me on hold came back to me & told me the Dr. says go to the E.R. I guess he couldn't spare the 2 minutes himself.No one called the next day to ask how are things or to check on the patient.It is sad to see that the business side of such a noble profession overtakes the caring side & that some doctors forget why they took the oath and their patients become just a number.We are not going back there.
