Dr. Payton was extremely kind and calm during a scary time while we were trying to figure out what was going on. He and his staff were very helpful getting me in very quickly because I was getting ready to move. He called me at home with my lab results. I have nothing but good things to say and out Dr. Payton and his wonderful staff!

Dr. Payton was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. He read my file as he walked in to the room, didn't even look at me, gave his diagnosis, told me to lay back and stuck a biopsy needle in my neck. His nurse was argumentative and surly. Only the receptionist smiled at me and treated me like a person. If you have any self-respect, don't bother with this doctor or his staff.

Dr. Payton could care less about his patients. He spent more time messing with his malfunctioning equipment then he did making sure I was ok. His bedside manor was incredibly disrespectful.

Dr Payton is an excellent physician- excellent listener, superb clinician and diagnostician who also runs a tight ship. His office staff is the best anywhere.
