Had an excellent experience! Doctor Saigal is very professional and kind.

Not sure what happened to the once friendly environment it used to be but everything has changed. Rude staff, including the Dr himself. I will be finding a new pediatrician soon.

Very very rude. Has told me, "you neeee to wait" when I've asked questions.

Very unprofessional behaviour. I have never seen doctor's charge patients for writting letter, he refuses to talk to his patients. Horrible and unco-operative office staff. I never write reviews but I took special pains to write this so that other's don't experience the rude behaviour I had to face. H is basically trying to make money by hook or crook. I will also be reporting him to the pediatric association

I have been taking my daughter to this practice for over 17 years now. I have put up with his rudness and part of his staffs rudeness for far too long. I have made an appointment for one thing and tried to ask a question about another and he has stated that I would need to make another appointment to discuss the second topic. Even asking a simple question that takes a miunute he can mark and insurance will pay for it my dr does this all the time when i have a question. I understand he is all about buisness but the rudness has become unpleasnt and I think its time to switch Dr's.

Office has weird smell. Doctor Saigal doesn't wash hands or wear glove when he does examination. Very rude staff including his wife. Send me bills for immunization which are covered by insurance. Please don't go there. I am very happy with my new doctor.

We love dr. Saigal! My 8 month old has saw him since she was born, and he is very friendly. The best part is that we trust him a lot! The staff could be nicer, I really don't like how the nurse comes in wearing gloves for a shot, I would feel more comfortable if I saw the handsaw hint and then her put her gloves on, but overall the confidence we have in our doctor keeps us here.

I called on all the pediatricans in the area for a medical company and hand picked Dr. Saigal when I had my children. They are now 3 and 5 and he is wonderful with them. Very gentle, treats them with care and respect. I highly recommend him for his bedside manner and also for his very accurate diagnosis.

Dr. Saigal was recommended to me by my own gynecologist and was a good doctor for my daughter and my son. However, I have been uncomfortable going to him for a couple of years now. He treats me differently than my husband. I believe that he is an excellent pediatrician, but his manner with mothers leaves a lot to be desired. Often times I leave there feeling "stupid", and I don't appreciate it.

We have been going to Dr. Saigal for about 5-6 years and are very confident that he is knowledgeable and really cares about our children...HOWEVER we will not be going back because we are at wit's end with his horrible wife. She is rude and unprofessional;loves to give medical advice to me over the phone and in person even tho I'm pretty sure she knows I'm aRN! Also, she is not authorized to be giving any type of advice! It is illegal - not to mention immoral - to give medical advice when you have no medical training! The other staff in the office tell us that we are not the only ones that are tired of her behavior. They say that almost every single day a patient's mother or father complains about her and that Dr. Saigal is aware of this and has kept her around for 30+ years! It's his practice and I guess that's his decision but I think he's crazy to tolerate her bipolar outbursts!!! We're done!
