Dr. Heidi Marlies Braun, MD

Could not get appointment that would coordinate with my own schedule. Office lady at that time could not seem to understand that I should have a say in my own appointment time. Because I know when u will not be able to make the appointment. She was rude. The office manager , he was very rude to me on several occasions . I really don’t understand that. There is no need to rudeness. And I should be able to try to coordinate with that office a time that works for me not just them. Do not go to dr office for people to be rude Dr Braun is pretty nice. But got fed up with the office . The nurse was nice.

Dr Braun is the best Doctor I have ever seen. Cares about the people she sees.

Dr. Heidi Braun and her staff will go above and beyond to help. She spends more time with me than ever and the cost for the membership in her practice is less than my deductible. I wish medicine in general would be as simple, effective and dedicated as this practice.

Office mgr waited until a couple of days before my 1st appt. to notify me that Dr. Braun was switching her practice to a paid membership practice. When I arrived for my appt, discovered office mgr had canceled it w/o letting me know. Then they made me wait an 1.5 hours to see the doctor because of their mistake. Additionally, staff failed to draw blood for proper tests, had to make a 2nd trip to office. Called office 3 times and left msg regarding a referral they were supposed to give me for a special. Staff still hasn't returned my calls. Dr. Braun seems nice but office is too disorganized.

I just started going to dr braun and I really love her. She's a great dr.
