Dr. Harms is a great doctor! She is very cautious and watches out for you greatly. I am in week 30 of pregnancy & have had no issues. I started seeing Doctor Harms probably back in 2014. I saw her for annuals & now my pregnancy. She's very calm & listens to every concern you have. I highly reccoment AWH Dallas.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harms for several years after my longtime gynecologist retired. Dr. Harms takes the time to listen to her patients and I appreciate her patience and knowledge. She has suggested various treatments to help with perimenopause and menopause, which have made a marked improvement in my quality of life and overall health.

Heartless! Dr Harms is the worst doctor I have ever come across in my entire existence. I was moving across country because my husband got a new job.... that being said, I was uninsured for a couple weeks when I pumped a golf ball sized blood clot. I called 3 times and spoke on the phone in tears about being uninsured and about how I needed to come in ASAP. Although blood clots are normal, it's not normal to have golf ball sized ones. Dr harms was booked (no big deal) but rather than allowing me to see another doctor in her network, she told me to go to the emergency room or wait 2 days when she is available. Considering I was paying out of pocket, I wasn't going to go to the ER. Considering I was pumping 4 times a day, I couldn't wait because would get engorged and risk the chance of getting mastitis. I called around and found another doctor who was able to squeeze me in right away. I told her about my situation with Dr Harms and she confirmed that what Dr Harms did was… unethical. She even told me that Dr Harms is starting to get a bad reputation now because she has too many clients to manage. Dr Harms is greedy and cares more about making money than the well-being of her clients. NOTE: Dr Harms's positive reviews are skewed. She offers a discount on 3D sonograms for patients that write positive reviews.

I love this place! I have been going to this facility since I was 16 years old. I have also seen my doctor Heidi Harms for just as long. Always helpful and nice staff. The office is always very clean and up to date. Dr. Harms is the best ! Always very open to any questions and very sweet. She always makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Harms and Advanced Woman’s Healthcare to anybody searching for that special place!

Dr. Harms is great but her office system is not. The after hours answering service won't contact the on call doctor unless you are pregnant or recently had surgery. So if you are in bad pain from endometriosis or an ovarian cyst over a weekend or holiday, like I was, they'll just tell you to go to the emergency room. Then at the emergency room they just tell you to go back to your doctor, all the meanwhile you are suffering in pain. Frustrating!! Anyways Dr. Harms is a good doctor when you actually get to see her. When I was pregnant it was a GREAT experience, even though my pregnancy was really difficult physically and emotionally, she helped me through it and really cared. I would recommend her to any pregnant woman in the DFW area without a second thought. But if you are suffering from endometriosis or other painful GYN issues you might want to look somewhere else because those issues are not a priority in this office.

Dr. Harms replaced my doctor who retired. She is a wonderful person and I have nothing to say but great things. I know she has had some personal traumas in her life but she is a great doctor. "Recommend her highly"
