Dr Davila is very knowledgeable and caring , he did an awesome surgery for me .I felt very comfortable and had a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He and his team is very proficient.

Great experience all around, everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Davila was amazing and took his time as well as his nurse. Even the receptionist was extremely friendly. Can’t say enough good things about them all!

Until today, both staff and Dr Davila have been superb. Wait time was minimal and the Dr is thorough. He doesn’t prescribe without explaining and allows me to be an integral part of the next step…. …today… was explained that they started a “new system” in April. Our “records” were to have been read over into the new system - they weren’t! While waiting I had to enter ALL my personal info, contacts, insurance etc despite using Dr D for the pat 4-5 years! The “wait” was 45 minutes (vs 5-10) to reenter all the data. There seems to be only ONE staff member receiving, scheduling and entering the data. A scheduling effort was supposed to have been done by A Nurse Practitioner… but I was blown off for the NP to go “care for” another patient. There used to be 3-4 people up front that kept things moving and minimized wait time. The switch to AOI has significant startup issues. Dr D, however, was his usual, helpful self…that went very well.

Dr. Hugo Davila is kind and an excellent professional, as is his staff at his office. He performed prostate surgery on me using the Rezum procedure in February of this year (2026), and I have had a great outcome. I highly recommend him.

Dr Davila is great! Knowledgeable and concerned. He listens to me and together we find the best solution for my care. And Heather, she has been wonderful, all in all I’m satisfied with services rendered.

Dr. Davila is an excellent Urologist. Very amiable and makes his client comfortable dealing and discussing important health issues. We highly recommend him.

My rating is towards the doctor. Dr. Davila is a very kind doctor. Hopefully his staff will do better. Hopefully with the change of the practice afflilation his staff will improve with everything. The doctor (Dr. Davila) is wonderful, it's his staff that needs to come up to his standards.

He is a terrible doctor No bedside manner even for cancer diagnosis and you are lucky if he spends ten minutes with you. He has a canned approach to everything and relies on his staff for everything including giving you test results and then they really. Do not offer any real plan. Loves scheduling tests even unnecessary. Tests results never come and no one calls back. He should stop doing seminars and putting his face on everything and get back to giving personal care. If he was to practice in the Northeast, he would be out of business. So let’s see if this gets through to anyone of importance or will they just keep advertising their outstanding care!
