Absolutely worse experience of my life. Only thing he care about is lining up colonoscopies and EGD’s. The aftercare is an absolute mess. No one answers your calls and if you have a medical need in the meantime please go elsewhere. He and his office staff are absolutely in it for the money. They do not care for you or your health. The follow up is two weeks after your procedure done by medical students who don’t even have an opinion or opinion for you. Ridiculous waste of time and money.

THIS IS A 3RD WORLD CONTRY DOCTOR!! THEY LET ME WAIT FOR MY TREATMENT FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS, I HAD TO RUN AFTER THEM, NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOUR CALL, DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED IN A TIMELY MANNER!! (by timely manner i mean within 8 months).. I understand that sometimes theres a wait for incurence company to approve the medications, but the the way the places handled it was horrific and irresponsible, First of all no one answers your phone calls, you have to write a msg on the portal and wait till the someone decides that he has time to answer you. It might take 1 to 3 days depending on their mood. Second, i kept on following up and pushing them for the results of my colonoscopy, They didnt tell me anything over the phone, they gave me an appointment for 4 weeks later, only to tell me that i need to start treatment urgently... we wasted 4 week of time for nothing... Any stupid update or document that they need you to sign they will ask you to make … an appointment for a month later and then provide it to you The point is that your treatment will start about 12 months after seeing your doctor for the first time. When i wrote to the doctor that im bleeding very badly if they can please rush up the process and start treatment, they allways respond " if you bleed to much just go to the emergency room to get a blood transfusion". That was for months and months!!! Dont think that it will be different for you, if you really care about your health then stay away from this place like fire!!!

I haven't even seen the doctor yet, but the treatment I received from the front office staff was the worst, Kelly doesn't like her job or doesn't have any customer service skills, perhaps both. I went for an appointment on April 24 which by the way I had to wait for a couple of weeks from my initial call, Kelly asked me for a copay, I told her I've already reached my out of pocket for the year, and asked her to call my insurance to confirm, she refused to do it, so I offered to call myself and would pass her the phone but she refused to that too and simply wanted me reschedule the appointment as if I have nothing better to do. I've called numerous times not only to reschedule the appointment but also asked for an office Manager to voice my complain and every time I call I talked to Kelly or Ariana, who seems to be covering for Kelly. So far I haven't received a call from the office Manager, Kelly said to ne that the office Manager would call me when she has time. Doctor Nakshabendi I… don't know if you are aware of the way your staff treats patients but they are a reflection if you and your practice. So dissapointing!!!

After about 10 years of care when pharmacy was unable to refill a prescription because drug was not available and after 4 telephone calls, I was told that if it was not available then there was nothing they could do and would not prescribe something different. Basically just suffer without the meds. Well I CHANGED doctors today that is something I can do

I'm not one to leave google reviews, but I thought this group of professionals deserved a moment of my time. This is not something that you would ever look forward to, but the staff at this facility went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were so nice I'm almost looking forward to going back. (almost)

I am a new patient to Dr. Nash, I have only seen him when I had my endoscope. He is very nice. I also go with my husband when he has appointments with Dr. Nash and the Doctor is very good. Sadly however, The waiting room is always over full, people waiting outside in the Florida heat. I have severe scent allergies and recently they have been using an air freshner that made me so sick within 2 minutes of my walking into the waiting room, I had to wait in the car and had a full blown migraine and upset stomach in that amount of time. When I discussed it with the office they told me it was an air purifier, well purifiers do not put scent into the air. They had no concern for my illness at all. They told me to call before I come in next time. I did and they did not have it on, then I had to go again with my husband and called again to tell them. I asked if they could remove it as usually doctors offices ask people to not wear perfumes for this reason. I was told no they could not, that no… one else complained about it and I would just have to call prior to each of my or my husbands visits. When I went to the office next time I spoke with the office manager about it and explained how very sick I get. I told her my scent allergies had sent me to the hospital one time. Her response was that she would not remove it, they liked giving the patients something nice to smell. She had absolutely NO reguard for my health. I will be disgussing this with Dr. Nash at my next appointment, if he feels the same way I will be looking for another doctor.

Dr. N. and his wonderful staff truly care about their patients. For example I had one of his employees Lizzette on the phone with my insurance company for hours at a time for about two weeks to ensure that I received my treatment. It was very stressful for me to stay on the phone with my insurance company on hold for hours while trying to go about work and life day to day as we all know how annoying insurance companies can be. Needless to say Lizzette made sure I received my meds and did not let up on my insurances slow process.

Although my experience with Dr. Naks was very brief he was great as I only saw him for my oscopies. The other time I saw a much younger and entitled doctor that only liked his opinions and words. If you as the patients has an opinion or question he would just ignore you and say that you are wrong. I also got dismissed because I wasn't bad enough for interest him for help. If you aren't physically instead of just internally ill, you will just be tossed aside.

I had a colonoscopy and was pleased with the procedure. At that time Dr. N informed me that I had hemorrhoids. Today, he banded the first. The procedure was amazingly simple and quick. More importantly, I received a call from Lizette asking me if I could come early. What a polite, professional call. She got me in and out well ahead of my scheduled appointment. Wow! Well done Lizette, staff, and Dr. Nakshabendi.

Great staff. Wait time very good. Would highly recommend.
